Noticed this on my only rooster the other day. I thought it was dirt but it hasn’t gone away. I read it could be dried blood? But idk not sure who would be pecking him since he is the biggest chicken and only rooster. Please help for treatments!

Very possible Dry Pox scabs which are caused by mosquito bites. Doesn't seem to be affecting him, it usually heals it's self; scabs dry up & fall off. You could clean with Vetrycin on a cotton ball & dab it (not getting into the eyes) apply some Triple Antibiotic to help with the healing process and keep the scabs soft.

I’d love to clean it but he doesn’t let me pick him up ! Thanks for the reply. I’m going to keep my eye on it.
