Anyone, I have a big concern with my hatch !

+1 on Wyorp Rock's advice. We incubate and also let a broody hatch. Both have their advantages and disadvantages, but the incubator is HARD to leave alone!!!

Congratulations! I've had some incubated eggs wait until day 22 or so to start hatching...usually means the average temp was a bit low. There is a great article/post here about whether and how, to assist when eggs have pipped. I'm very hands on and it's almost unbearable for me to not watch and not assist if needed.
