Anyone impatiently waiting for your baby chicks to arrive?!?!

Pineville La...

I have been watching for breeders that are closer. I am hesitant in shipping a long distance (even though some do quite well), especially hatching eggs. I figure the less time and handling the better chance I have. Its still approx. 6 hours but a lot closer than many. Usually items shipped from Texas come straight into our airport and a quick delivery. Can't say that much about other places. I know, I sound like a ranting lunatic lol. This year I did order eggs from GA and chicks from OH. I'm not getting my chicks till warmer weather.

Well then, you might make it out here one of these days.

I haven't gotten a confirmation email about my chicks that were supposed to ship today...
If you don't get it by tomorrow then try giving them a call.
Figures. Typed up the reply, go to post, internet is dead. It's the neighbor's internet and for some reason they shut it off at night.

Anyway. Out of curiosity I checked my emails from them from the last time I ordered (last year) and they also didn't send a shipping confirmation then, so I'm guessing they don't send them. If they aren't here by Friday, though, I will give them a call.
