cute chicks. i have 13 of the blrws in my brooder right now. im hoping to end up with 5 or 6 hens and a rooster. they will be going to the coop with my four one year old red sex link hens.

Thanks. I'm working on building a second coop now. I have 2 Silkies, 1 Barred Rock and a New Hampshire in my other coop. I'm not sure who'll be moving into the new coop yet and who will go with the others.

Picking up our silkie babies on the 4th. I'm excited about them! Our ducks move out to their run tomorrow and the ameraucanas are soon to follow. I cannot believe their colors! So unique (well except two that are white). Our rooster met our pullets today and they seemed okay.

Travis- Love the BLRWs! They are adorable and so pretty when they mature. Are they friendly birds?

Hopefully a woman near summersville. She said they are due to hatch this week but o haven't heard from her. The pet place in town is supposed to have bantam assortment this week too. If all else fails :/ I think if my lady fails through I'll be getting them from WV Struttin on here!

from what ive heard they are. mine are to young to really see their personalities yet.

Mine are doing well TravisE. Two are real nice looking and the one that has the hobble leg is nice looking but im not so sure about it. Its doing just fine and all but I am trying to raise these beauties and dont think I can breed it. But if it is fine and lays eggs, it will make a nice backyard chicken lol.
