Hey everyone, I didn't even know WV's had their own little spot here on the forum. Glad I found it. /img/smilies/big_smile.png
Anyhow, I'm a life-long WV'er and currently live near Clarksburg. Moved up here nearly five years ago from Elkview. I've also lived in Beckley, Elkins, Oak Hill, and Valley Bend.
No problem. I didn't know about them either until I happened t head that way for food on a day they were having one. You have to know your fowl when you go there though. Me being a gullible newby, I've bn hornschwoggled a couple times. Picked up a couple RIR pullets only to find out they were growing beautiful green tail feathers and spurs. Same day picked up two 1yr old Aracona hens, got them home and for the past 4 months only one lays the other is "past her prime", and yet another time was told those two sweet tiny litte black chicks were Plymouth Rocks... I still haven't figured out what they are (15 wks later) but definitely NOT Rocks! Possibly Easter Eggers??? At any rate be alert t those who are out t prove you th fool. Thanks for info on tractor supply swap! Didnt know about it. Sounds like fun to me.
