Anyone in WV???

I'm new to this -but bought a rcom20 max -and am in the process of hatching my first chicks today- have one already hatched

--one breaking through -- 2 more in limbo.

Will be hatching English Orpingtons when I get my next eggs- waiting on their hens to start laying again.


How many did you end up hatching out?

Not sure I agree with color- but am a newbie- any input would be appreciated... Also any guess on weather hens or Roos!

Sweet very cute!! I'm a noob when it comes to sexing and breed stuff but there's a thread called what breed or gender. Post some pics there and ask. Lots of good people here so they would prob be able to help.
 
Silkies are hard to sex for sure until a comb starts to come in or they crow. Yours look like good quality! They'll have nice topnotches and grand feet feathers according to that fluff:-) Congrats

The second one looks like a splash maybe? I'm not sure either but they look like nice chicks...fluffy and bearded. Most of the time I can't tell until they are a few months old what sex they are.
