Anyone know a pug breeder?

We are contemplating getting a pug in the spring/summer. Does anyone have any experience with them? good or bad...I am looking for a reliable breeder and of course it would be nice if I they could be within driving distance of NH, but a summer road trip wouldn't be out of the question!

I always suggest looking at local shelters & rescues. There are pugs available in your area. I know they may not all be purebred--if that is what you are looking for.

We have one, a neutered male. His breeders were here in CT. They had an oops breeding (father and daughter) and Stan was the result. They listed him with rescue which is how we found out about him.
He sheds, he snores, he barks at jets and the attic stairs. He is not smart, but he is a constant source of entertainment. We love him to pieces!

There a couple in Salisbury,Ma that breeds them.Couldn't tell you if she has any right now.Her sister also breeds them,she is in Brentwood,N.H.So between the 2 of them you should be able to get one.I don't dare to post her # on here.If you email me privately at [email protected],if can give you the Ma phone #.I don't have the N.H #,but I'm sure Priscilla(Ma)will have Valaries#(N.H.).
