Anyone know this breed?

I've been in the planning process for the past 1 1/2 years. Coop design, breeds, etc. I just got my coop up 2 weeks ago and my brothers friends decides she wants to give away her chickens. So I had to scramble to build roosts, boxes and run. Such fun and excitement.

Easter Eggers lay blue eggs, not brown. She doesn't look like an EE either, but she is super pretty!

Easter eggers can lay blue, green, brown, pink or white

Amerucana:
Purebreed
Black or slate legs
White underfoot and skin
Peacomb

Certified colors(black,salmon,wheaten,whites e.t.c

Easter eggers:
Mixes between a blue egg layer and any other breed
Any color legs popular is green
Yellow skin
Any type comb
Any color egg
Mixed colors ex: chipmunk stripes, orange and blue mix

I had nothing, no brooder, no feeders, no waterers, no heat lamp, no food, no nothing. I just decided to buy chicks and wing it. It worked out beautifully! I'm very pleased with the results.

Really? Didn't know that. I guess I'm going from what my hens lay.

2 of the thirteen given to us are supposed to be Easter Eggers. However, the black one resembles more of an Australorp in coloring and comb.
My girl grace is australorp/araucana cross. When she was little, her face tufts were more noticeable, now she just looks like an australorp (not sure whether you can still see her tufts), although she's quite small compared to a full breed australorp. My other girl also just looks like the white sussex part of her parentage.

Cross-bred chooks can come out with different features prominent/inherited. I don't know what your girl might have in her but she still could be an "easter egger".

Thanks for the info. According to the previous owner, Glory is 2 years old. Right now, she hasn't layed in about a week. Out other "Easter Egger" is laying every day. My other 10 various breeds should be laying soon. They are around 17 weeks now.
