Anyone know this breed?

The other chicks we have all have their complete wing feathers except for this little one. It has always been more fluffy and softer than the others, however they are all different. This ones wing feathers are starting to grow but it is way far behind the others. Can anyone help us identify its breed? It is 17 days old.

Cochin I think, but give it a little more time

Yep, its a Cochin. Probably silver laced or silver penciled.

its also likely to be a rooster, they feather in slower.
