Hmmm too much color in the head to be White Rock...but no beard or muff, so I am not leaping to Easter Egger.
If the legs are green, it is possible it could be an EE as they technically are a mix that can be beardless and muffless if an Araucana is the "blue egg" parent rather than an Ameraucana...but those (mixes with Araucanas) are much less common.
It looks to be blue in coloration...it may be a Blue Andalusian, but the coloring isn't quite right.
What kind of comb type does it have? A single comb will have a row of teeth going down like a small range of mountains. A rose comb will look like a horseshoe with the luck running down the beak, a pea comb will be hard to tell from a single at this point but will be more like a tiny row of pearls (rather than sharper teeth).
Where did you get it? That can help give ideas as a lot of breeds have similar chicks.
