Anyone know what duck breed this is?

With mulard, the male and female are similar in size and both are large. Mulard are produced with male muscovy and female pekin. If you cross a female muscovy with a male pekin, you get what is called a hinny. Hinnies will show a difference in size where the male is large and female small. Hinnies can lay eggs, but female mulards rarely do. Both are sterile regardless if they lay eggs or not.
But, I've had white capped pure muscovy that look pretty much like these 2. :idunno

Yep. I was debating between pure Muscovy or not but I'm just not sure how to definitively tell. Their pattern and pretty low amount of caruncles makes me wonder but then again they also might be young?
Yeah they are only around 3 months old so I suppose they could grow more caruncles..

Thanks! I don’t mind if they are sterile but I’m hoping they have some eggs!
