Anyone know what is going on here?

It might be impacted crop. Check them a lot for a few days and if it doesn't go down, time for the vet. There are other options such as feeding them oil or turning them upside down but they aren't as effective. I hope they'll be okay!
 
Sometimes, some of the chickens are just bigger pigs than the others or their crops are positioned a little more obviously than the others. This is an easy one though; just check their crops in the morning when they first wake up. If their crops are still big like that, you definitely have a problem. If they're all nice and flat again, all systems go.
