I'm guessing its a silver laced Cochin pullet. I noticed, from the pic, that the leg feathering doesn't cover the middle toe. That's very common in hatchery SLC (which is where tractor supply and LOTS of folks buy chicks in the spring). If its standard sized, they (as a whole) require alot more work in the looks department.
