Looks like a cockroach.

edit: Did some checking and it appears to be what is called a pine sawyer beetle. Feeds on fallen logs or old stumps.

I found one of these here in WV one time. I was pretty confused until I realized my neighbors had family come in from out west, guess it hitched a ride!
To my knowledge, they're pretty much harmless.
