Anyone know what this might be?????

It's my McMurry mystery chix and as a baby it was solid yellow with several small black polka-dots on it's back. Now it's almost 6wks old and I was thinking it was a roo because of the comb size and color, but now not sure about that either. I'm assuming it's a pure breed and not a mutt since it came from a reputable hatchery, but with the leg color and feather color and comb, I'm clueless, it really is a mystery, at least to me.

It looks like a REALLY dark silver spangled Hamburg cockerel to me.

Thanks!!!! After looking at pics of both I'm thinking more Hamburg than seabright, just because it's the same size as all the other chix and seabrights are small.
