Anyone know what this noise means?

My girl was making this sound when ahe had something caught in her throat. I was able to help her clear it. But ive also had other girl that have made that sound without having any issues. If she isnt having any other signs of distess she is probably ok. If she stops eating drinking breathing heavy then I would check for an obstruction

I worry she may have something caught in her throat somewhere. I felt around and don't feel anything, but she is breathing a little noisily. Any suggestions for removing something if it's stuck?

Sounds like a call to me. Does she have a best friend or sibling that she hangs out with and may be calling?
This is the sound my chickens made as chicks when they were separated. I think it’s just a desperate call for their friends, but I don’t know.
I agree with @Sonya9 and @Ihavesomechickens
I notice this mostly with youngsters when it's about time to roost - one may be on the roost and is carrying on like this (could be a chick that is separated from flock/group too) - probably calling the others/unhappy because it's by itself - I don't know, but for me, it's a common sound I've heard many times. They usually stop the noise once all of them are together.

Your chick is getting older and her voice is changing so she's going to start sounding a little different. To me, she sounds "normal".

you can gently massage her throat. If there is something in there it will help it clear. On the plus side is she is making noise she is getting air. Is she eating and drinking
