I don't live there but I tried looking up the ordinances and I don't think they are online. You should contact city hall or they usually have them in the local library. Almost forgot to mention, make sure you actually read the ordinances and zoning regs, don't just take someone's word, even animal control's. A lot of times AC and/or city hall doesn't know the rules and they just say yes or no.
