Anyone name your chicks yet?

We got red pullets so they should be hens... anyway I let my boys (ages 4 & 2) name a couple and they came up with: Michael Angelo, Woody, Peanut Butter Chocolate, and Wal-Mart

There are 4 more so I'm naming the others, lol.
Peanut butter chocolate? like the reeses puffs commercial? hahahahaha my daughter is always singing that song. great names

We bought our chicks from TSC so we're in for a surprise for the breeds, other than two speckled sussex, but so far we've chosen a few names: Sadie and rose.

My Son and Step son's chicks are Betty, and Henrietta. I went ahead and named them because they are one and two yrs old and can't name them for themselves. Waiting for my two older stepchildren to come home so that they can give their chicks a name.

Our 4 girls we got at POL and had them 5 days today.

We have a mixed flock
Light Sussex - Florence (lady flo) I named
Bluebell- Tinker-belle my 5yr old daughter named
Warren 1- Hazel I named
Warren 2- Hermionie my husband named

And the names really suit their personalities so far :) especially Bluebell as she rules the roost and is a little tinker too!

My friend and I decided to get chicks last Saturday! Here are the names we chose!

Evangeline- Plymouth Rock
Marzipan- Buff Orpington
Ginger- Buff Orpington
Anastasia- Easter Egger
Drizella- Easter Egger

I've only named a few of mine so far.

Lady- Silver Laced Wyandotte
Nugget- Easter Egger
Penny- Black Sexlink
Wellie- Welsummer

And I let my boyfriend have one Silver Laced Wyandotte to name. He chose Susie Q.

A brief update on the names of our girls--we might have to change the name of Holly, our Americana, to something like Buddy Holly. He/she is acting and sounding like a rooster, aggressive and bossy, and with a much thicker neck and larger head than that of his/her sisters. I even heard a loud squawk the other night that sounded like part of a "cock-a-doodle-doo."

Hope to finish up their coop today or tomorrow, and get it hauled out of the shop (by mounting temporary wheels on it and pulling it with the garden tractor--thing must weigh at least 500 lb.).

let's see - we have

Hillary - smart and stubborn
Baby Tallulah (Tally) - was the runt
Rumor and Remy - my chipmunk babies but I just couldn't live with Chip and Dale
Tucker - might be a cockerel, time will tell. might have to rename Lyle (Lovette). looks like a prehistoric creature!
Blaze - not very creative cuz I think it's a Roo
BB King - oh yes a big Roo
Hawkins - if the chicken gods are with me and he is a she, then possible rename to St. John (another boy name but I've always liked it and the Hubs said no when the children were born :)

Our chicks aren't hatched yet (just on order) but DD has names planned:

Buff Orpington = Sunny
Silver Laced Wyandotte = Florentine
Ameraucana = Benedict
Black Australorp = Omelet
