Anyone on broodie overload?

If I had to guesstimate I would say the broodies make up 1/6th to 1/5th of my hens.

Edit to say that I'm glad they don't ALL go broody, I'd really be in a pickle then!

Olive, has 2 babies. Belle has one, she had 2 other eggs, but decided one chick was enough, so I stuck those eggs under the net broody in line. My two bantams, I candled their eggs and only one from each batch was good, so I left those and stuck some LF eggs under them. I candled my Columbian Wyandottes, one hen smashed all her eggs, so no more for her, the other hen has 4.

So who is Sourland and how did he do this broody curse thing? And if we dance backward around a fire can we undo it (found another broody this morning)?

I wish I had 5 broody hens lol my incubator is full I have eggs popping out from under my only broody and then lets not forgets the eggs popping out of my ears lol we can't eat more than we do now lol

Omg, dance backward huh, I would probably trip and fall into the fire, lol.
Add two broodies to my count. Plus, two hens hatched 9 chicks each, and one hatched 4. I hear peeping under another. The rapture her will be being smothered under millions of chicks.

There have been some broody GPS problems lately and Gritsar has been getting broodies intended for others. If your requested broodies don't arrive just re request (that should be a word) and I will provide. Gritty can handle the overflow.
