We each have our favorite...one of the saddest ones was when Hank got blamed for killing the chicken and they tied it around his neck, and he ran away and joined (by accident) a band of coyotes. I felt so lonely for the feller.

Thank you for the tip. I work in the library and have seen these books. I love reading the children's fiction books. This is one series that my daughter had no interest in.. I will see if she will try them again. Right now she is reading a Hardy Boys book and listening to Charlie Bone on CD.

We are big book junkies here!

I work today and will feature the "Hank the Cowdog" books on the table when I get there. Maybe I can be a "book pusher" today! I love selling a kid on a series of books... keeps them coming back for more.
