Anyone read Hunger Games?

Hate to dig up a 2 month old thread but I got "The Hunger Games" on loan from Amazon and loved it. I normally read adult sci-fi or even some fantasy but this was a well written book. The gift from District 11 was touching enough to bring tears to my eyes.

I just finished the second one.Last is mockingjay. It is decent.

Unwind was interesting.

If you like zombie books there is first days and rott and ruin.

The skinner series was pretty decent too.

I hit the teen section at the library for my dd and ended up reading all the books!

The GONE series was interesting according to my 9yo.Everyone over 14 or 16 disappears.

Oh and she really liked the Mortal Instruments series too, City of Bones, City of Ashes, City of Glass.

She is reading the George R.R. Martin series, Game of Thrones, now...just started so I haven't heard much feedback.

I don't have time to read anything except textbooks anymore!

Last series I read and loved was The DiVinci Code books.

My little sister got me to read them and I have read the first 2 and I plan on going out and buying the third one tonight! I thought the first two where really good and I can't wait for the movie to come out.

I just finished up the Mockingjay last night. Although not quite as riveting as the first 2 books of the series it was definitely worth the read. Now I can't wait for the movie next year.


I also read the first 4 books of the Game of Thrones series by George R. R. Martin. I couldn't put down the first 3. My Kindle saw a lot of wear those couple of weeks.
