Anyone ready to ring in the new year...and lose weight/get fit?

I feel sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo FAT!!!!!!!!! Just picture this really FAT doggy on her back with a massive full tummy and all four paws in the air!!!!!!

DH makes darn good Cakes - the whole thing is gone already sorry no pics it didn;t last that long!!!!!!

I'm at epic fail again.

HOWEVER!! I did a lot of walking on the property, with gun, so I'm feeling it in my legs and arms - exercise, yay! Got my Atkins book out again to get back on track again food wise...really pigged out this week - McDs one day, chinese another, pizza at work, and Jersey Giant subs another day. Not good.

Got some bacon in the oven though, and going to make omelets for dinner. Going to try and save some of the bacon for later. I've also been slacking on breakfast, so I need to start hitting up the cafeteria - can get lots of good things there, anything pretty much. Or I'll quit being a bum and actually COOK in the mornings. Lord knows I have enough eggs!!!
 
Hay guys forgot to say - Talking of Bacon.
I got an egg inside an egg this morning when I tried to make egg and bacon for breakfast. I went to crack this massive egg into the pan thinking that would do DH when I saw what looked like one normal egg and one that was gone off and brown. I put it on a spare plate and washed the pan and started over. But before I threw it I touched the brown thing - don;t honestly know why and guess what it was an egg!!!!!!! A small brown deformed egg!!!!!!! Weird or what????

I am sooo close to quitting...and not trying anymore! I GAINED 3 lbs this wk...
granted..I ate 1 whole bag of doritos...and not a snack size either... ugh....

I was super depressed and SUPER DUPER stressed...so I know that didnt help...

but 3 lbs...NEVER thought I'd have done that...

sorry i haven't been around.. we picked up 5 silkie hens from muggsmaggee last week. buff and black for my daughter and grandaughter. of course they are here at my house in quaranteen. then she offered the last 5 white ones and i couldn't resist. one beautiful white roo and 4 white hens.. so i went and picked up those. so i have been pretty busy trying to help hubby build a place for them in the coop. they were all raised in seperate pens and when i put the buff and blacks together they have been great, but when i added the whites all heck broke out. the fur was flying so have them in seperate places.. one in the dining room the other batch in my garden tub. ugh.. what a mess. so we have been trying to get their living quarters fixed out in the big coop. i have to admit they are rather cute. all i ever had was large fowl. i will wake up in the morning to lots of crowing and cackles. and once in a while it will go silent and i will look into my bedroom and peeking around the bathroom door with be this little buff escapee. she is adorable!!!! the minute you come in to put her back she will run right to the tub lol.. heres a couple of pics.. first is daughters group and the second is my sun bathing group.

sorry to hear some are falling off the wagon on their getting healthy.. i am too but still watching most of what i eat.. will be hard next week. i turn ugh 59 how bad is that.. of course in april hubby turns 60. now that is really bad hehehhe. take care all and good luck at the next weigh in.... linda

I think I'm up, spring break eating, no weight training, and less walking than I thought I'd do.

I'm back with my trainer tomorrow, and I'm scared of her too.

It's easier to lose those 3 pounds again then to forget about it and have those 3 plus who knows how many others!!!
Everyone is allowed a relapse....or two. I don't think that food is our enemy. It clearly is stress!!! So start today with a couple of glasses of water and get back on track.

That was me Sat. morning, but I weighed in Sun. morning and surprisingly did ok. Just skip this week and get yourself in gear!! It's good to be afraid of your trainer too, that means you're getting your money's worth!​
