Yummy discovery of the day (well yesterday)

Creamy Chipolte Sauce.

One small 7.76 can of Chipotle Sauce and a cup of Fage non fat Greek Yogurt (replacing the Mayo or Sour Cream) blended together and poured over a chicken breast....yummy!
 
I made it to page 9 and I am in. I want to lose 20 by summer. Tomorrow I start and I would love recipes.

I am terrible about drinking water to so I put two glass quart jars full of water on the countertop. If I see the progress or lack of progress I will drink more
 
I worked out with the trainer today for the first time. I hope I can get out of bed tomorrow.

I had my nice healthy veggie borscht for lunch and then had half a Lindt candy bar. Needless to say, that put me over on my fat and calorie intact for the day. One the plus side I really did exercise and now my butt hurts!

Welcome, Rustyswoman. Everyone is being very supportive on this thread so just jump in. I drink herbal tea when it is cold. No calories, counts as water, and its hot; that all makes it perfect for this time of year.

Thanks everyone! I am in the Star/Eagle area. I've been playing farmville all winter and my pants are telling me it's time to get off my butt, out of the chair and workout and eat right.

I am really looking forward to all of your ideas and support and will do my best to do the same for you.

One thing I am going to change is I am going to get up about 4 am. I will eat late at night but if I get up at 4 I will go to sleep early and not be awake to eat the junk.

Plus I should be able to get some exercise in before I need to get to work. Now to just put that into action...

I was pretty good yesterday. Omelette for brekky, pork salad for lunch and sausage casserole with a side salad for dinner - the rest of the gang had some lovely buttery mashed potato with theirs but i managed to resist.

I treated myself to a small glass of red wine and 3 chocolate covered coffee beans as a treat in the evening. I am meeting a friend for lunch today which might be tricky but if i have my breakfast late I am hoping i won't be too hungry by lunch and I can get by with some soup.

help. With losing zip this week so far i am fading fast... all i want is to give up..hellllllppppp peeps. and i have been eating good.. is this starvation mode? nah can't be it is only week two..
