Anyone ready to ring in the new year...and lose weight/get fit?

Go Oesdog... I know you feel good!

I broke 160 and I'm feeling GREAT! I have now lost 21 lbs. I even got told how good I'm looking last night from a friend I haven't seen in awhile.

("love you body!")

Breakfast:Some chicken and quail eggs scrambled tomgether, also had a bowl of cheerios with skim milk and a cup of coffee with molasses in it.
Lunch:Im lazy today so probably some 10 grain hot meal I made 2 days ago thats still good with some more milk and 1 tbs rasberry preserve on top.
Dinner:Grilled chicken breast with lots of veggies.

Exercise:no exercise it a rest day!

I am counting Sundays as my day off-we had company after church for dinner and the afternoon, so I know I ate more than I should have. We usually either have company or go somewhere else for dinner on Sunday, so it will be my "free day." Back to the grind tomorrow! I am glad weigh-in is on Saturday!

I feel your pain!!!! - Sunday is always hard for me too. I usually have all the family over and today it was a big pork roast with all the trimmings then Banoffee pie with loads of cream and then the kids also turn up with loads of buns and all sorts of snack stuff. Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

I weighed 174.5 this am.All the shoveling and lack of appetite these past few days has atleast benefited by weight loss. Once the heat is back on though I might indulge one night!

Banoffee pie is wonderful, and largely unknown in the US. My Scottish friend makes it and gave me her recipe. I would eat that everyday, which is why oesdog is going to send her husband to Texas for the winter. It would be worth every calorie.
