I am not so sure that will work - nice thought but I tried already as DH should be eating healthy too!!!
Hes recovering from heart surgery. He was very ill for 2 yrs and lost alot of weight. He was 19 stone then went down to 15.2 so it was a big drop for him. Now he is back up to 16.12 lbs. I don;t want him to put on loads of weight again but I think the sudden weight drop frightened him a lot and he is comfortably cuddly right now as he puts it.
DH should be about 13 stone something as he is 6 foot tall. But honestly when he went down to 15.2 he looked gaunt and ill. I am not keen he should be much less than say 14.7lb tops. But I certainly don;t want him up to 19 stone again. He did get a bike for Christmas and the nephews are moving back here from Scotland in a few weeks and could do with someone to cycle with them??? Maybe he will think about that and controling the weight then?? Anyhow his sister is a bit of a targe so can;t wait for her to come home and take matters in hand!!!
- BUt then she loves baking too and my BIL Billy is huge and wears a Kilt - Not a pretty sight I can tell you!!!!! Maybe I will just have more trouble not less -
Oesdog - anyhow I can sooo empathise with all you who have "meaningfully helpful family members!!!!"
