I'm so sorry. You have every right to feel the way you do and you should never beat yourself up about it. People hurt - and bad things happen - and that sucks.

MyKidLuvsGreenEgz - So sorry you had to see all those chicks like that. It was not your fault !!!!!!!!!!! Sadly these things happen and you are not a baby for crying over them. Your a very lovely person who feels very much for creatures and cares very much about their health and wellbeing. I do hope that your next load are all ok and you get much pleasure from them and put this bad experience behind you.

elizabethbinary - so glad your still here and are enjoying the support. It is so good that you have felt you put on a bit of weight and that you are looking a bit better. The weight is just a number in the end its what you feel about you and were you are happiest and most healthy that counts. I can certainly empathize with the clothes issue - when your not happy with how you look that can be an awful dilema. I packed and unpacked my bags so often for going away because I didn;t like what I looked like in my clothes. ( Didn;t much like the look of me out of them either!!!

) I have been too thin and too big in my life and both have been difficult. ( I have been known to burst into tears in shops because I cannot find a thing to put on that makes me feel nice and beautiful and feminine - that has happened while I was 6 stone and also at 12 stone!) Hopefully with the love and care and support over these months both of us can wear things and be confident in public - this summer! We can do this !!!!! YOU ARE MUCH CARED FOR HERE!!!! We just need to find the weight that is best for us and with the help of friends learn to maintain it.

Really tired tonight - I am looking foward to the weigh in but am slightly worried because I ate fish and chips last night. It was late and I was tired so DH bought us them for a quick T. Then today DD brought those darn cakes again DRAT!!!! So I didn;t eat a dessert to make up for it. Then DH gave me chocolate tonight and I ATE IT!!!!!!

chocolate is good for you. I stand by this. Your husband wishes to make you happy. Have him bring you 70 or 80%.
My husband loves to treat me, but he has figured out that I really do prefer the bitter chocolates, and he is helping my heart too.

you mean like hoovering and matching the socks?

...chocolate is easier.

I for one am not looking forward to the workout. I haven't gotten nearly enough done this week, with the workmen being around, and my hip being a pain. And it doesn't help that I've been doing "winter" cooking.

Why in the world do we try to lose weight during the cold part of the year anyways? It's spring and *summer* that we should be doing this - when it's too hot to eat. Not when all you want to do is sit in front of a fireplace with a hot chocolate after a nice filling casserole.

Ah well. We'll see how far out of it I am. Hopefully, my body is still maintaining okay.

We missed you oesdog! We want to hear all about your adventures!

Actually bless him he does hoover and match socks as well!!!!! He does a lot of things other guys wont so I am very fortunate that way. Its just he has a sweet tooth and doesn;t keep it to himself and when I say NO, he looks so well hurt!!!!! So I eat it - then sometimes I have been known to throw - just because I don;t want to have it but I don;t want to hurt him either. - I find it all very hard at times. That and all those darn buns they all keep on bringing me.
