For myself - I unloaded and stacked a pallet of firewood (1/3 cord) twice. So that was my exercise for the month, er I mean week, I mean day
. Right now, I'm so tired... But it's a good tired.
I slipped up today on eating - in the middle of the firewood stacking, after one stack fell over, I decided to go pick up another log-holder. Well, on the way, I drove through In&Out. I only got one regular cheeseburger though and no fries or drink. But still - I just checked on the "nutrition" for one cheeseburger. OMG it's disgusting!
I had no idea it was so high. And their fat content is more than the freaking protein!
The worst part is that was supposed to be a "snack"!
I hate "learning experiences".
At least breakfast lunch and dinner were good. And I did get a lot of exercise. Good thing too! Ugh. Looks like back to fitday.com I go. Can't even trust myself to eat reasonable food. <sigh>
