Maybe it was YOU !!!!!!!!!!!!! who stole the lost lb and then returned it to someone who thought they wanted to find it but actually really should have left it lost cause thats what this thread is all about losing it! I lost it then I found it and now I just want to lose more!!!!!!!!!! Or maybe I am just lost????

As I suspected, I'm 137.2, up a little from last week. But I succeeded this week - not in losing weight- but in being more active!

I've been a lot more active *consistently* this week than in months. THAT's what's important. And I'm making better choices about food, overall. I'd love to see everyone here making a goal for activity or healthy eating that's achievable, and report *that* every week. It's less important what you weigh and more important what you are *doing*.

I'm proud of us all!

I really wanted that pound...since I found two that I didn't want. An extra pound lost would have been good.

I'm off to the races...Pinewood Derby and then to the gym. I wonder how many hours on the elliptical trainer is two pounds. Far more than I can stand. My knees are better, so I walked one day this week, and ended up limping again. I HATE the elliptical trainer, it is so BORING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'll go watch what ever movie they are showing in the "aerobics cinema" and hope I forget the time.

OK, I weighed in anyways... even though I'm still achy and bloated! Grrrr... a couple more days and it will have passed. (I've been craving salty stuff because of it, so I blame the lack of lose on that.)

I only have 19lbs to go to meet my goal... so close I can taste it!!!!!!
 
My scale said I lost a big .4 lbs !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Big fat flippin' deal. I guess it was that 21 minutes on the Gazelle that did it. Will be better next week
