OMG I went to a fancy restaurant today and ordered a 3 course meal except... it was HUGE. Entree was lambs brains (HALF of a whole brain) and salad (husband got a huuuuuuge calamari and other friend got half a block of melted crumbed camembert!!), main was a SLAB of whitefish in a gorgeous thick aioli with potatoes, broccoli and carrots and dessert was a VAT of creme brulee! My friend got the world's LARGEST profiteroles!! It was a fricken FRENCH restaurant. What happened to those baby French portions?! It was like "Here is death by food - enjoy!"

I think I'm dead.

So, I forgot to weigh this morning until after I had breakfast (a frittata with prosciutto and mushrooms). I'll weigh tomorrow morning. I like to be consistent about weighing first thing in the morning.

I'm hoping I've at least maintained if not lost because I've been more active this week. In any case, I do feel better, which is much more important. If I haven't lost, I'm blaming the Starbucks macchiatos I had this week.

I was too busy yesterday to take time to weigh-in, so I did it this morning. I thought I might be up, because I had a stressful week, and last night we had a school program and supper with home-made ice cream. I wasn't even watching what I ate last night, but I made sure I drank lots of water!

Congrats to everyone losing weight. I got a bit fatter.Will check back in when I actually lose some weight!
 
136.4 which is pretty much same as last time. Keep up the good work everyone. Focus on how you feel and how your clothes feel. That's what's important, not a number on a machine.

The scale is FINALLY moving again... and I've lost another 1lb after weeks of it not going anywhere.

well; I weighed in on sunday am at 127.4 which is still not where I wanna be; but better than my gain last wk of 128.8 (memory I think)...

so I ate crappy too this past wk..go figure...
