Anyone ride a bicycle for exercise?

I have an Electra Townie and love it. Even just breezing around the neighborhood for a few minutes makes me feel great!

I just got a Giant Hybrid for X Mas... Had a mountain bike bf it... I LOVE my hybrid.... I usually ride 13 -20 miles when the weather is nice.... Which hasn't been lately... Lol...bike shopping is stressful... Read reviews... Bike shops are great if it's in your budget... We started out w Walmart top of the lines and were fine...bike riding is a HUGE stress reliever!!

I compared a top walmart bike to an entry Giant. (Guess which one i went with... Giant.) huge difference in EVERYTHING.

Agreed!!!! Expecially the gears... we live in a hilly forest, the mountain bike was killing us!! The hybrid makes the hills soooo much easier...

No, only very rarely I will ride a mile or so on the road. Mainly I stay on trails and such.

Yes, we do... We live in country so it's not too bad.... Two lane roads, most people are nice and move over but every now and then we'll get a idiot driver, so we move to the ditch. Lol.
