Anyone selling eggs in the Farmer's Market - Help!

Sell some bacon & market those as "Green eggs & Ham"!!

Seriously, the eggs in the FMs around here (Tacoma, WA) go for $4+.

There are no egg sellers at our local Farmers Market. We are in a very rural area, with lots of local farmers. Most people sell eggs from their farms. Don't ask - I'll tell - for a depressing $1.50 doz! Right now, you can't buy eggs from pasture raised hens at the local grocery for under $2.50/doz.

I'm getting $3.50/doz for my eggs because I sell them in a different county and in a mostly urban area.

Here in Ohio, you have to get inspected by ODA to sell eggs anywhere off your property. It's free, but it took almost 4 weeks to get the inspector here.
