Anyone setting eggs starting July 15 -July 22?

My second batch have started peeping. Due to hatch Sunday. 2 have peeped so far. I heard chirping in the incubator but could not see any peeping. Looked underneath and they were peeping on the bottom.

thanks brookhaven, my wife shot the video. I won't be able to see the chicks for the next few days I have to work doubles and won't be going home.

I must whole heartedly agree... this is THE BEST hatchalong I've ever been a part of.

All 15 of my eggs look good for lock down tomorrow. I showed them to my sons earlier and they are stoked. I ain't sure about ALL of them, but I think most will hatch. For those that don't know I have 4 barnyard X and 11 swedish flower hens.

This morning I had four eggs and tonight I just threw out my last one. all of my eggs died

, I got so excited painting my chicken house and getting everything ready but in the end its heart break

Good luck to everyone else who is still waiting for their hatch.

SO Sorry - please don't give up!
I hope you'll try again.

I'm so glad you posted this pic!
I had forgotten all bout putting shelf liner down to make it softer.
I need to dig mine out because I go into lockdown tomorrow night.

By the way - Congratulations on the babies!

Congrats to everyone on all the hatched babies so far!
I have one that hatched yesterday at 6:30pm and another came at about 9pm last night.
And one small white egg pipped last night and early this morning I checked the bator and there was a new little dark chick in there! Yay!!

You can actually hear them several days before they hatch. If you stick around and listen, a nesting hen will "talk" to her unborn chicks. So Cool!

Ok, day 17. I don't know if I was psyching myself out and it's really Summer or a breeze or something but I could SWEAR I heard some soft peeps/cheeps coming from the nest area. I was crouching quietly next to the exit and Summer's nest is about two feet over...
Could it be starting? Could they really be starting to peep in the shell already???

I'm a die hard hatcher too. I have two Hovas and a LG (turnesr for two, and fans for everyone).

I have quial due tomarrow from the the 15th. But, I always have something in bakeing. You'd think I'd get tired of brooding soon.

I've hatched ducks, geese, chickens, quail, turkeys, and pheasents this year so far. Started in January, but you know how us addicts are.

I know the feeling. I've tried incubating a lot of eggs this year but my broodies are the only ones I've had any luck with. I've tried over 50 eggs and none have hatched.
