Anyone setting eggs starting July 15 -July 22?

I've got two chicks out and no other signs of pipping. I can't hear whether any of the eggs are chirping or not because the 2 out are being noisy!

Also, I just had a chick hatch out of a Frizzle Cochin egg and it's neither frizzled nor cochin Kind of disappointed that I didn't get what I paid for.

Well, I ended up kicking Summer off the nest to eat and drink today and got a wonderful reward. Two pips! One Silkie egg, which I kinda expected, and one of the LF eggs, which I did NOT expect to see for another day at least! Yay!! I should have chicks by morning!!! Hope Summer tanks up because I am not kicking her out of the coop again. Not if she has babies as well as eggs.

You could put a cup of water in one corner, and food in the other. Just only fill the water half full, and if you can wire them in, they won't tip.

That bites. :/. Any chance it was an 'extra'? Post pics, maybe we can help figure out what it is.

I need to keep reminding myself, it's only day 19!

But I've only ever had chicks pip on day 19, so that's why I'm very nervous for these 3.

i hope you are right but he hasnt done more yet in a couple hours.I know it can take 24.
i have 2 i didnt put in the lockdown as i am not sure about them at all.
They look only about 1/2 full but then i can see shadows farther back then wonder if something is in there. stil alive.
they are on day 17 right now.Pretty sure thye arent good.

But pip guy ... I am not too worried yet and the others are just going to be on time i guess

i got a frizzle polish split from illia and it hatched out normal looking. I hadn't known it was frizzle until the first feathers started to grow longer on the wing...they looked funny. ... maybe it is a frzzle.
