4 whites and 2 reds I believe. I have 6 buff and they are a lot more tan. Plus I tried to pick out the brightest white ones I could because I really want some white Silkies. I just love how they had no clue what they were. We alsmot didnt go because they said on the phone they had no Silkies and they never do. We wanted to go for a car ride any way so I figure why not see what "Bantams" they have. I showed up and couldn't believe my eyes. I am even thinking of going back and gettting a couple more but I am on a waiting list for some blue and splash silkies for April 18th so I really shouldnt.

I've never used a hovabator, but heard they work pretty good. The fact that it's still a styrofoam freaks me out though.... I love my brinsea lol

ok, so here's my count so far...out of the 18 I started with, I'm down to only 10 now.

4 were infertile
3 scrambled
1 blood ring

Of the 10 remaining, I can't actually see moving, what I do see is the light flickering shadow on the wall on 8 of those 10....I'm assuming that's a moving chick right? The other two eggs, I can't tell anything but I don't want to get rid of it until I see it doesn't hatch.

So far incubator is smelling good. No stinkies.

I can safely say this is my last hatch in this lg bator - I got me some pity chicks from my husband when my first hatch didn't go well - I'm going to get me a pity-brinsea for this batch! Plus, anniversary's coming up.

How is everyone else doing?? Only two more weeks take a day or two left until hatch day! Wow time is going by fast!!

I want some silkies, but I'm going to fork over some real money to get some shipped from a hatchery - I won't dare hatch any without a Brinsea.

I am doing ok so far....I have only 1 blood ring out of the 7 and I see lots of movement in all 6 of them...gonna try to post a picture...they are 9 days tonight.....
