Day 10

I am so excited to candle because tonight and the 14th are make or break for my eggs. Still isnt dark enough here so I will candle around 9;30 and will post my usualy crappy pictures. Guess what I got today for FREE????

Turns out my father in law has 2 Hovo Bators and he said I could have both of them but we could nto find the other one. Now I can do a staggered hatch. Awesome!!!!!!!

Just candled. Day 10. Head count. I have 10 dancing babies, 5 question marks and 1 with a black dot with no movememnt and 1 had nothing inside and when I cracked it open, It was just a regualr kitchen egg. I started with 26 eggs and I now have 16 with 10 being deff bouncing babies!!!

Question about twins.....I have two Americauna eggs that appear to have 2 dancing babies inside? Trickery or possible? Will they survive?

Oh no....That sucks because I am down to only a few Americauna eggs since they were all either blood rings or not fertile. Well Lets hope its trickery of the egg!​

You would know if it was a double yolk, they are massive! We get one once in a while from two of our hens, and they are almost twice the size of their normal eggs lol
