oh no! i'm sorry!! the patch up work looks good....i think it will be okay though...i've read on here quite a few times of people having patched up a crack and the chick still hatched...

so far thumbs up on movement on all three remaining eggs....I guess it's all about survival of the fittest...

Can't wait to get those silkie eggs though...I'm ordering my Brinsea officially on Friday...I am not going to put $65 eggs in this styrofoam death trap!!

Decided to candle today (12 days) and all the eggs are still doing well. I even finally got to see movement in my Araucana eggs!!!

I don't know about you....But I am so ready for this first hacth to be over.

This LG has consumed me. My whole life has come to a hault since I have to babysit my incubator. Plus I am so excited to welcome my new babies into the world! These eggs have caused me to age at least a year!!! I am still worried about a couple of my eggs as well. I have one marked baby dance but tonight it wasnt moving and I have one that has never had movemement but I can see a small embryo I think stop developing because its so small.

me too, going to use this LG as a brooder...thought I might move the chicks there as they hatch so they can dry out and not play football with the remaining unhatched eggs...not that I have to worry about that right now...my three eggs have PLENTY of room, lol!!

yea, I have a digital camera by Kodak - it doesn't take bad pic's and it has the video feature that even I can operate...but when it comes to detail pic's, I think it's lacking lots...sooooooo, when my silkie eggs are in the bator, I will be getting a better camera because I'm hoping for a way better hatch with the Brinsea and i want to get it all on camera!

You're right, I am glad I didn't toss them - 3 is always better than none.
