Don't let this discourage you, the third time was the charm for me. I learned so much from my first two trys.

Good morning everyone....I woke up with 2 chicks today, soooooooooooooooo excited....I have one more pip so we will see what happens........that would make 3 eggs that didn't hatch (one of which was rocking)...

Hope everyone is doing well.....

Hooray! I'm so glad you have some chicks at last. I've been really surprised at what a slow process all this hatching is. We now have 7 babies hatched, 3 pips, and one zip. I hadn't anticipated just how long it can take for them to get from pipping to hatching. The incubator's getting kind of stinky, but I don't dare take out babies while I still have pips. Wish they'd finish up, I'm eager to fish out the babies and clean up the incubator.

28 hours since our first chick hatched.

Yup, the tufts are those two lighter poofs on it's neck. I think we found another to have them as well, but not as pronounced as this ones.

3 pips as of this moring, still no hatch the first ones membrane is starting to dry out now, if nothing happens by tonight I'm going to break the shell this is the one at small end , the 2nd also missed the air sack or maybe they were divided ones? It was very bloody, but it has a very loud peep.
What to do, what to do..
