Anyone thing this EE is a cockerel?

So I heard a little practice crow while tending to my 8 week olds. This is the only bird that I am on the fence with. The rest of my birds all look like girls. Any thoughts on the sex of this one? Sorry th hc got in the way. I wanted to take a quick snap and get it posted
