Anyone try organic feed?

My dark brahma chicks are close to being 2 months old. Their first two bags were Agways medicated chick starter/grower, but the next 2 bags that they'll be getting will be Cargills organic chick starter/grower. After that, I plan on feeding them an organic lay pellet. I've heard a few people say that their chickens lay better being fed the organic, & one even said that someone she knew stopped getting eggs from his chickens, she told him to feed organic & shortly after that they started laying well again. I was wondering if anyone has tried feeding organic, & if they've had good luck with it? If I don't feed that, they'll be getting Agways Hearty Hen.

Don't know if it matters, but the chickens will also be free ranged when they're old enough.
