No. My wife uses a LeClerc Artisan 36". She's trying to drive me batty right now gathering supplies to give it a good cleaning and refurbish it, mainly replacing some cushions.

Do I have a wire brush she can use? "Not the size and type you need. Get what you need."

Do I have WD-40? "Get your own. I want to be able to find mine when I need it."

Can I replace some cushions that are worn out? "Of course. I can do it this way." "No, I don't want that." "Then I can do this." "No, I don't want that either." "Well, what do you want?" "I don't know." "Well, when you decide what you want, let me know and I'll take care of it."

Those things are amazing, aren't they? She's joined a local weaver's guild and really enjoys it.

I was at a pioneer village this last weekend and they had a room full of looms with on going projects on them.
If I had the space... if only. the rag rugs they were making were wonderful. Someone was making one out of plastic bags. It was all very interesting.
I hope you get something nice!

Shes already planning on moving up to the bigger type... where you sit in front of it and press the foot pedals..etc.. (think its $900 bucks though)
Shes taking the weaving class they offer in March. She didnt want to wait to work with it till then though..
So.. we set it up and shes going to town on it. When she takes the class..she'll be taught more difficult patterns.
