Yinepu, if my egg hatches it will be up for sale. I'm not sure where in Texas you are located but I am in Elgin, just outside of Austin. Let me know if you are interested (if not as many hatch as you want).

ok so i weighed my eggs lastnight. they were about 30 hrs in. i have 3 thermometers and all are reading different. 97.7 96 and 95 so im not quite sure what to go by. my hygrometers are so far off point when i calibrated them, but im thinking im running 30% humidity. i dont know what to do to be sure

weights:
608g - 605g
500g - 497g
665g - 662g
514g - 511g
so everyone lost 3 grams in 30 hrs. is that too much? if so, should i raise my humidity?

You have the same termometer problem like me!!!!

i did was putting all between the ideal range 95 and 97.5 it worked for me until last night I do not know what happened, but my temp raised to 110

so maybe by now I have boiled emu eggs... I will try to keep on working withthem as the fluctuation was from 12 am to 8 am, so maybe a chance but the eggs where really hot... The only change I got there was thatI added a fan to the incubator. Does anyone has suffer from these and still hatch? I know that temps over 100 kills the embrio and fluctuations too,,,, im so dissapointed after all these days... I just order 4 more eggs just in case...

if your scales are accurate then yeah.. that's hitting right around 25% weight loss for the first egg.. which is considered to be in the "danger zone"
30% for egg 2.. around 24% for egg 3.. and around 30% for egg 4 (just rough guesstimates since I didn't figure weight loss per hour.. but even at that it's well over the 15% you are aiming for)

looks like you need to add a little water and weigh the eggs again (weigh them before adding the water then 24 hours later)
