Day 38 for our first batch of 6 eggs and 5 are wigglers! Second batch of 5 eggs are 10 days behind and I'm letting them develop more before I test. All in all, futures are looking bright for our genetically diverse Emu herd. Woot woot!!

It makes me so happy to see everyone having either success or wigglers, congrats everyone! Hopefully I join that group in a couple weeks!

When I weighed them today I moved all of the eggs around to see if that has an affect on the 2 not losing as much. Sooo Yinepu (or anyone else's opinions too of course (= ), how are they looking? I'm going to look back on that chart you posted to see if they came out how you projected they should, it looks like E might be losing more weight than before? Not as much as the 3 but more than it was, would you agree? Thanks for any input :)

Also every egg has lost more weight this week than the firsy, nothing in the bator has changed, is that normal? I was hoping maybe the more developed the chick gets, the more weight it loses...that'd be greeeeeeat to have 5 chicks in 5 eggs, I can dream right? Lol
