Anyone use a decoy owl for Racoons and hawks?

We put up a scarecrow after a hawk attacked one of our girls. This was ~3 months ago and the hawk has not returned. She survived by the way....

You are correct even the chickens were not scared of my fake owl and it's head moved when the breeze blew i bought mine to keep the song birds of my tomato's, that did not work at all.

I meant to add that we managed to trap one racoon last week. But they do not seem too interested in the trap. Any good bate suggestions other than cat kibble?
