anyone use Bar ALE?

This is milled somewhat locally so it is easy to get and well priced here. Does anyone use it? How do your birds do on it?

I use the type from Bar Ale that has oyster shell,crk.corn and pellets.
It took a few days but they eat it fine now and I like that it has the shell included. I think the 50lbs. bag is $15-16 not bad. I drive the hour down below to get it cuz our feed stores up here are pretty basic and don't have it.

Where do you live?

I live in the middle of no where near Mt. Lassen in CA.The feed store down in Palo Cedro has more variety of food and supplies for poultry and fowl.
I like that they have real scratch down there too.Never had seen it until someone gave me a bag of it,awesome stuff. As far as I know we only get crkd.corn (not scratch)up here. Mountain life is a bit deprived!
