I am seriously considering going to the auction this Friday too. I don't think I can actually go through with butchering these Cornish X's I have. So I might take them to the auction and bring home some egg layers! (Don't worry, the new babies will be kept seperate.)

My hubby is going to have a heart attack when he gets home!

I received my order from Ideal last week! This does not add up: I ordered 9 chicks, they sent me 21! What am I going to do with all of these chicks?...and the extras will most-likely be roos

I'm not waiting on a shipment, but we are waiting on chicks to HATCH. Had one out this morning and expect more by this evening.
