Anyone wanna play a polish guessing game?

My little broody hatched out two polish babies this week. One is black, with a tinge of red in some of the down on its crest, and a little reddish tinge around its eyes. The other one is yellow.

My rooster is silver-laced, and my hens are white, buff-laced and silver-laced.

So what color do you think these babies' mamas are? White, buff-laced or silver-laced?

Dark one is silver laced, yellow one, probably buff laced.

The father of both chicks is silver-laced. Could the dark one be pure silver-laced, with a bit of reddish tint in its crest down?
