Anyone wanna work out with me???

Today, back on track!!

Walked 4 miles fast paced with my pup.

Breakfast:
was not that hungry had a cup of tea with one slice of 7 grain toast and peanut butter on it.
2 bottle of water

Lunch:
slice of 7 grain bread with one slice cheese and a piece of ham
1 cup milk
1 chunck of 7 Layer Cookie Bar (WHY did I have to make that my downfall dessert)
2 bottles of water

Dinner:
one Hebrew National on a whole wheat roll
with tons of vine rippen tomatoes, onion, relish.
1 cup milk
2 more bottles of water I feel so blotted

I have a sore throat now and a cough I am sure it is because of our crazy weather.
We are having our Indian Summer already!!!!!!
 
I'm at 1,110 calories at the moment. I think I'll have a 100 calorie pack of popcorn and a beer (Beck's Light Beer - 64 calories). That should do it for today.

I wish I knew what I weigh.....just to know if I'm making progress or not.
 
I was doing well <sigh> and then went out to dinner with DH's office. I was still good... until the table started ordering dessert. I only ate 1/3 of the enormous slab of cake, though. DH ate a little, I shared a little. But I'm having the other 1/3 with the leftover bit of steak I also saved from dinner. I'll do extra reps when I exercise to try and balance it out. I did extra reps last night, too.

I'm a baaaad girl...
 
I made my first five pound goal and added weight machines to my exercise. Yesterday I had an apple for breakfast, pork chop and leftover casserole for lunch, pea pods for a snack and dinner was a diet dinner, corn and cooked red cabbage. Not a bad day except for all that homemade granola I kept munching on. Dang stuff has to be stirred when it is cooling....stir...munch..stir...munch...munch...munch. It has lots of good stuff in it, but honey and oil too.

wegotchickens, don't worry about the cake. It's good to treat yourself once in a while. Just know that if it's everyday it's not really a treat, it's a habit. I'm sure the little piece of cake won't hurt anything!

mom'sfolly and ChickieDee, CONGRATS!! I'm glad you're doing so well!

I'd love to know where I'm at, but again, my scale is packed somewhere. Our movers will be coming to get our stuff soon. This will be the first time we've had movers, as we've always just moved our own stuff. This time, however, my husband injured his ankle a few weeks ago so he's not supposed to be moving anything. We still don't have the bathroom done at the new house. It's totally gutted of the bathtub, toilet, sheetrock - everything except the sink. To top everything off, my mom has asked me if she and my nephew (who she has custody of) can move in with us...I'm a little stressed, but not letting it get to me.

Yesterday I had a total of 1,280 calories after having my popcorn and beer. I don't think I've been doing too bad. Now if I only had my scale.....

I don't have a scale either. Guess I should pick one up. I think my face looks thinner and my Mom did ask if I had lost weight.

She told me she could always tell with me because of my face. I also notice my rings are starting to slip more.

Maybe I should go buy one...hummm
