Thanks Lived in KC for 9 yrs moved back home 15 yrs ago sure wouldn't move back. Love having our horses, ducks and chickens in our own backyard.

Well, I've had a semi good week so far. our break room door got locked and no one could get in so we had to eat out for lunch one day. Another day I was on the road longer than planned. Lunches have not been great so far. dh out of town, so havn't cooked dinners, lean quizines again.

Hi all!! I just found this thread and was hoping it wasnt too late to join up...I would like to get rid of the booty..lol...I have a Wii game system and just got the Wii Fit and it is really cool...and i am really sore..lol..any way...I sure could use the motovation

It really is pretty cool...very interactive...took me 2 months to get one...they go FAST...I would recomend it...anything to get you moving...its more fun than the treadmill that currently serves as a clotheshanger...lol

I was really worried to step on the scale this week knowing I'd not eaten like I should. Started to not even bother, but then figured I needed to face the music. GUESS WHAT, Even eating half good I lost 1/2 a pound. I figure that is better than gaining anyday.

I wish I could say same I gained 6 lbs since last month

I really need to start back to walking, I believe this evening after all the 4th festitivaties I will take my Jack Russell Tally for a walk with me. I need to try really hard to lose that 6lbs + another 40

I know where you are coming from. I need to lose a lot more than 40, but I have to remind myself that it took 10 years to put this much on and it will take a while to get it off.

Dh was telling me last night he was going to hook up the ceiling fan in the bedroom to a bicycle, so I had to peddle to charge up the battery to run it. He uses more covers than I ever will... so he doesn't care for that much air flow.
I'll ask if he could do a conversion to the computer,

I could really put on the miles then
