Anyone want to talk about the new season of Doctor Who?!

Yet another solid episode today. It was trippy, but since when is Doctor Who not? I really liked how they brought Grace back in to tie the series together, and I 'aww'ed out loud when Ryan FINALLY called Graham his granddad. Anyone have theories about who the voice at the end (in the preview) belonged to? I thought it sounded an awful lot like Tim Shaw. I would like that---one thing this season hasn't had much of yet is season arcs, and I am a sucker for those. Also, I really hope we find out who the Timeless Child is. That has potential.

I'm enjoying the more varied scenery. Norway, India, Alabama... they're going all over.

OMG I was SO confused.

And WHAT an array of emotions! From the sheep rebellion to Graham's pickle and cheese sandwich to Grace to the FROG?! to the sentient universe that just wanted to be friends. . !
Got weepy eyed at the tangible emotion between Graham and Grace, and got GOOD AND ANGRY at Erik.
Liked the touch at the end, where he saw the words "Assume her dad is dead".
And the 'Granddad', that got a :yesss: from me!

I wanted to know a lot more about the sheep rebellion.

I know right?! Can't just leave me hanging!

This is another that I gelt like could have been a two- parter very easily.
It reminded me of a Classic Who I watched recently, where the Doctor, Zoe and Jaimie were entangled in this strange world that was obsessed with stories. I can't remember what it was called, which is a shame because I want to watch it again.

I wish this season was double the length it is.

Everything, I hope! I have a feeling we'll see our old friend Tim Shaw again, and hopefully they'll quit mucking around and tell us about the timeless child.
I have NO idea what I want to happen, but I hope it teases the New Year special and WHY is it a NY special and not a Christmas special?! Last few years it has been tradition for my sister and I to watch together after she puts her kids to bed!

They ran out of ideas. Probably wise to not beat a dead horse so long that it starts stinking and oozing, eh?
