Anyone with hatch date Oct 15-25?!? Check out this thread!

Okay so it has been 4 hours since the first pip. I have since had two more. All three are very tiny cracks(pip). A couple of times I heard some chirping but I haven't heard any for awhile. I know that everyone says it can take up to 24 hours for them to hatch. I am just not sure how long I should wait before I begin to worry. They haven't begun to zip yet. Just one little crack on each egg. My humidity and temps are good. I haven't opened the incubator at all. Face pressed to glass.

So, is it all good still or should I be worrying?

I think it's best to wait. I know on our first hatch we had a full day before anyone actually hatched after the first pip. Seemed like we waited a while before the second actually zipped then it was like a domino effect. Hatching seems exhausting for the little guys and I think they rest sometimes for long intervals. Just my opinion...

They may very well be sleeping, they have just done some hard work, and are likely resting up for the biggest workout of their lives. Try not to worry!
